2022-2023 James Lewis PTA Grant Form
Staff may fill out grant form individually or pool together as a team. PTA does ask that these funds are used to purchase items or supplemental curriculum that directly improves the education of students. You will be notified once your purchase has been approved. You can purchase yourself and submit your original receipt, or provide specific instructions and PTA will complete the purchase for you. PTA does have a nonprofit status with Amazon and can purchase through there tax free.
